Who I’ve worked with
The athletes and teams I’ve worked with

Sports I work with
Volleyball, hockey, basketball, golf, gymnastics, freestyle skiing, boxing, archery, curling, mixed martial arts, equestrian and dragon boating.
How I work
Practical and sport-specific. Every session ends with something you can use: a cue, a routine, a checklist or a plan. Sessions run in person in Cranbrook or online through Microsoft Teams.
Mental performance consulting is educational skill-building. It is not therapy, counselling or medical treatment. If you need clinical support, I will help you find a referral.
